“.. needed an exterior wall rebuilt…”
This year my wife, Gloria, and I decided to remodel our home, rather then replace it. The home needed a roof, siding and new windows and doors. It also needed an exterior wall rebuilt due to a cracked bath tub-that had leaked over the years. This rotted out the main structure and soaked into the insulation as well.

A roofer recommended Corvus Construction for the projects. We made an appointment for a bid with Denis Vladyko, of Corvus Construction, and he showed up right on time. He took measurements and gave us a bid on the job—that we liked. Denis suggested that we get other bids as well to possibly save us money. After receiving other bids –we chose Corvus Construction. Denis said that the entire job would take one week.

He also called me one evening and gave me a quote for repairing the rotted wall. I accepted his quote on the repair. When I returned home from work the very next day, the rotted wall had had been repaired and waiting for my inspection. The next few days, my wife and I watched as our run-down home was transformed into a beautiful home. The entire siding and wall repair was completed in 1 week as quoted.

This company has excellent communications with its customers—that includes the customer in making decisions. The workmanship was above par. We were very pleased with the end result. All transactions were documented on invoices and signed by the customer, in a very professional manner. After the job was completed, Dennis asked to be evaluated on the work performed, and asked for suggestions on how to better serve his customers. My wife and I were totally impressed with the workmanship and professional manner in which the job was done and we totally recommend Corvus Construction.

My wife and I recently retired and decided to update the house by remodeling the master bath and kitchen and refinishing the decks. Imagine one morning you come down to get some coffee and you are greeted by an immense puddle of water and partially collapsed ceiling. Well that was the site that greeted me one fine morning as I tried to get my family ready for the day. The stress, the hassle, the pressure of yet another unexpected expense and still having to get a wife, two kids and myself out the door. All of these things hit me that morning.

After taking a deep breath, I called Corvus Construction. We set an appointment for that afternoon and much to my total surprise Denis showed up 5 minutes early. He inspected the damage, made some calculations and gave me a written bid all in less than an hour. Not only did he start work the next day and the job was completed on time and within the estimate but I couldn’t tell where the damage had been.
